The roles you take on, the patterns you repeat, and the way you see yourself didn’t come from nowhere. At Green House, we’ll guide you beneath the surface of your story to get to know yourself on a deeper level.
How much of who you are
came from who you needed to be?
You may recognize the pattern without understanding why it keeps happening.
You replay conversations and question whether you said the wrong thing.
You recognize patterns in your relationships but still find yourself in the same cycle.
You never feel like you can meet your own expectations.
You second-guess everything you do and don’t know why.
Your inner critic is much louder than the compassion you offer yourself.
You struggle to trust your needs, choices, or trust your perception of what happened.
You don’t need to have all the answers. We can start with what you notice and go from there.
We’ll look beyond what’s happening right now and try to understand how you got here. I’ll ask questions, point out patterns, and share what I’m noticing while giving you room to come to your own conclusions. Some of the work may feel heavy, but therapy doesn’t have to feel serious every second.
You won’t have to figure it out by yourself.
THERAPY AT GREEN HOUSE
I’m the type of therapist who knows humans don’t always fit neatly into a diagnosis box. We carry stories that shape us, patterns we may not fully understand, and emotions we haven’t always had the space to process.
Therapy with me can feel like sitting across from someone who sees you, genuinely wants to know more, and creates a warm, accepting space for whatever comes up. I’m conversational, thoughtful, and real. I’ll sit with you in the hard stuff, ask the questions that help us look a little deeper, and probably laugh with you somewhere along the way.
You don’t have to show up polished; just bring a willingness to get curious about yourself.
You may also meet Kiki, my certified therapy dog, who joins me for in-person sessions.
Hi, I’m Chelsea.
